Was Cluely actually breached?
The widely repeated claim of an 83,000-user breach did not hold up when we investigated it. It is not on Have I Been Pwned, no major security publication covered it, and the named threat actor appears in no threat intelligence database we checked. Which one is better for job interviews?
It depends on what your week looks like. Cluely has pivoted toward general meetings and sales, so it is less interview-specialized than it once was, and the features most candidates shop for sit on its highest tier. We are interview-first and far cheaper to test. If interviews are a side use case next to daily client calls, Cluely fits better.
