Tooling questions are really process questions. Interviewers want to hear that you are not precious about the tool, that you keep a single source of truth, and that updates happen at the point of decision rather than in a separate admin session. Mentioning a coarse public view (now, next, later) signals you have been burned by a date quoted back to you months later.
